The staff were helpful and friendly. Particularly, Mr. Dias was very attentive for guests comfort. Thumb up for him. Boys need to be trained to talk and serve the guest. They are great but need further training.

Highly Recommended Modern Hotel
Our Twin-bedroom with balcony on second floor felt new and was super clean as was the bathroom. 4 bottles of water and some fruits were provided in the room and a cool fruit drink on our arrival made us feel really welcomed by the owner and staff. The room had AC, TV, Mini-Fridge and a Wardrobe with more than 3 hangers. Regarding the location, for dining we felt a bit disappointed at start, most places around the Borella junction were the local Rice & Curry ones, where the food has the best view and no beers are served. Luckily, we found the highly recommended “EAP Restaurant”. It´s a bit hidden but has both indoor and outdoor tables not far from the hotel, and yes, they serve beers. The grocery store Keells also sells alcohol. For other attractions there are always Tuk-tuks around. The Wi-Fi worked fine. We highly recommend this hotel. This is just a personal reflection - our room came with two large leather armchairs, taking quite a lot of space in the room. We felt that a second chair plus a small table, that also could be used on the balcony, would have been more convenient.

Bandu the owner was so helpful and friendly, with great communication before we arrived, he helped arrange an airport transfer at good price, and the driver was actually there easy to find at the airport which was a first for us during our travels! He was also very helpful upon our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Complimentary tea, coffee and bottles of water were available in the room. The property is new and very clean with a great rain shower in the bathroom. AC worked very well too. We had a very comfortable stay here after a long journey. Obviously not a big issue but would be nice to have a hook to hang towels in the bathroom.
